POFIT Library provides open access to an extensive range of information resources to enhance study, teaching and research in support of Institute’s Academic Programmes.Library has a collection of more than 7000 books on Technical and General subjects. Daily newspapers, magazines and journals are subscribed. An E-Library consisting 5000 soft books is also established. Students can download E-books from this E-Library. Internet facility is provided in the library for students and researchers.

Reference services (Selective Dissemination of Information & Current Awareness Services) are provided to students and faculty members in their academic research. Moreover, Academic and Career Counseling is provided to students by the Librarian.

Laboratories and workshops are amazing learning environments which provide students with “real life” opportunities to implement theoretical knowledge. Capacious workshops and labs facilities available in POFIT provide rich and practical educational environment for the students. Not only do they provide ample opportunities to move beyond the classroom and get hands-on experience, but also make the students industry-ready.

POFIT has a centrally air conditioned, spacious Auditorium and two Executive Training Class Rooms equipped with Public Address System, Multimedia Projector and Screen. Most of the Workshops, Presentations and In-service Training Programmes are held here.

The large Examination Hall of POFIT has seating capacity of about 200 people. It is used to carry out Examinations, Seminars, Exhibitions, In-door Games and Prize Distribution Ceremonies.

POFIT has a spacious canteen which provides fresh meals and other stuff at reasonable prices.

Sports play a pivotal role in shaping one’s personality and maintaining good health. Every student is encouraged to take active part in at least one outdoor activity. POFIT has set up Futsal and Play Grounds for Cricket, Football, Basketball, Volleyball and Athletics. POFIT teams take part in Inter-Class, Inter-Colleges and Inter-Factories Sports Tournaments at Local and Provincial level and have won a lot of Medals and Trophies.

To inculcate Islamic, National and Moral values among students, seminars are conducted regularly in POFIT. Renowned Scholars are invited to provide valuable insight into National and Global issues.

Industrial Visits are arranged by POFIT to students with an objective to provide insight regarding internal working of industry. It gives them exposure to current work practices as opposed to possibly theoretical knowledge being taught at college. Industrial visits provide an excellent opportunity to interact with industries and know more about industrial environment.
